چکیده
Коморбидное течение сахарного диабета и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний является одним из патологических состояний, с которым часто встречаются в своей практике врачи терапевтического профиля всех звеньев. Ассоциируясь, заболевания отягощают друг друга, приводят к более быстрому тяжелому поражению органов-мишеней, сердечно-сосудистым осложнениям, инвалидизации смерти требуют современных медикаментозных подходов лечению. В статье приведены данные касательно основных положений рекомендаций по лечению заболеваний, протекающих сочетании сахарным диабетом, основанные на последних документах европейских американских экспертов области диабетологии кардиологии.
